Every time when eating at the library cafe,
XP always has a piece of Kuih Dadar Manis (also called Kuih Ketaya).
.
I remembered I made this kuih once during my school days,
so I digged out my old school book and found the recipe.
It's basically shredded coconut wrapped in thin pancakes

just replace coconut milk with dairy milk,
add some flavouring (juice squeezed from crushed pandan leaves)
and a drop of green colouring.
.
For the filling -
shredded coconut with sugar
and Gula Melaka (I replaced this with brown sugar).
.
