books we are reading now

Although we have finished our China Unit,
I still continue to read Chinese story books to XP every night.
This is the book we are reading now, jinghuayuan (镜花缘).

After China, I planned to do Mongolia,
But XP said she wanted a change and suggested Australia,
so now we are doing Australia, New Zealand & the Oceanic Islands.

The story of Aukele is thought to be one of Hawaii's oldest folk tales,

originating in Tahiti, just finished reading today.

Call it Courage, a story from Polynesia.

Going to start this book tomorrow.

including 7 stories written by different authors.
