We made pavlova today, a dessert from New Zealand & Australia,
it's part of our geography unit.

Fold in sugar, vanilla, vinegar and cornstarch..
Beat again..
Bake for 45 minutes at low fire (my oven has only low & high)..
Crunchy outside and soft inside,
but I think is a bit too sweet, next time will reduce the amount of sugar.
