The Guardians of Door (门神) at both sides;I have no idea who is that at the centre... maybe is GuanGong (关公) ?
I think the one with black face at his right is ZhangFei (张飞).

The word at the centre is a combination of four words, means.... money come in (招财进宝) !!!!
